The Chivery's customer care team is available five days a week, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT, to assist you. We are REAL-LIFE, BREATHING, HUMAN BEINGS who live theCHIVE culture. We're here to answer your questions as quickly as possible  — within 24 hours! — and do so with a smile and an ol' spring in our step. Because we understand regular office hours can be limiting (bosses, amiright?), we offer a ton of ways to get in touch.
